Launching with its flagship product, Buccaneer Cuts Original, Detroit Mariner will focus on providing delicious, lean and healthy snacks free of preservatives and artificial flavorings.Buccaneer Cuts are 'whole muscle' beef cuts which means the beef is minimally processed: only selected from the finest selections available from the Detroit Eastern Market, trimmed of excess fat, and sliced. This is why there are no two pieces alike, other than the flavor profile which is a marinade recipe that has been carefully tweaked over 15 years. Again, when available or in season, all ingredients and spices for the marinade are sourced from the Eastern Market to ensure quality and freshness.
